Cloud, DevOps, AI & cyber security
Your cloud, engineered and defended.
Hexadata designs and runs infrastructure on AWS and Azure, builds AI agents that work safely inside it, puts dedicated DevOps engineers in your team, and tests your systems the way an attacker would.
Four ways to work with us
Use us for a single project, a monthly engineer, or the whole stack. Cloud and security people sit together, so nothing falls between the gaps.
Everything between your code and a healthy production environment
From the first architecture diagram to 3 a.m. alerts, we cover the full life of your infrastructure on AWS, Azure and Google Cloud.

DevOps, cloud, SRE and security engineers joining your stand-ups this sprint.
Hire DevOps and cloud engineers without a six-month hiring process
Our engineers work as part of your team, in your Slack, repos and cloud accounts. We handle recruitment, payroll, training and backup cover.
Penetration testing, forensics and compliance
Manual penetration testing, digital forensics and compliance support from engineers who also build cloud platforms, so the fixes we suggest actually work.

Don't power off affected machines. Isolate them from the network and contact our incident team.

- 1. Read the customer email
- 2. Checked order status in the ERP
- 3. Drafted a reply, waiting for approval
AI agents and assistants that actually ship
We build AI that does useful work: agents that handle multi-step tasks across your tools, assistants that answer from your own documents, and the MLOps to keep models healthy. Everything runs in your AWS or Azure account, with guardrails, logs and a human in the loop.
- Agents with approval steps
- Answers with sources (RAG)
- Private models in your cloud
- Tested for prompt injection
How an engagement works
- 01
Assess
We look at what you run today: architecture, costs, risks and gaps. Read-only access, no disruption.
- 02
Plan
A written plan with priorities, timelines and a fixed quote or a monthly retainer, whichever fits.
- 03
Build
Engineers deliver in short cycles, in your repos and accounts, with weekly demos.
- 04
Run & protect
Ongoing operations, monitoring and security testing, or a clean handover to your team.

Why companies work with us
We started Hexadata after years of cleaning up rushed migrations and pentest reports nobody could act on. These are the rules we work by.

No lock-in
Everything lives in your accounts and your Git. You can walk away any time with full access.
Documented by default
Runbooks, diagrams and decision records come with every piece of work.
Security built in
Our cloud and security engineers work as one team, so security is never bolted on at the end.
Engineers, not account managers
You talk directly to the people doing the work, from the first call onwards.
Built for teams where downtime and data leaks are expensive
Questions we hear a lot
Can't find your answer? Ask us directly, and an engineer will reply.
Which cloud providers do you work with?
Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud, plus hybrid setups with on-premise servers. We are not tied to any one provider.
Can we hire a single DevOps engineer instead of a full project?
Yes. You can hire one or more dedicated engineers on a monthly contract. They work in your tools and report to your team, and we handle hiring, payroll and replacements.
What is the difference between a vulnerability assessment and a penetration test?
A vulnerability assessment finds and lists known weaknesses, mostly with tools. A penetration test goes further: testers try to exploit those weaknesses manually to prove the real-world impact. Our VAPT service includes both.
We have had a security incident. How fast can you help?
Email our incident address or mark your enquiry as urgent and an engineer will get back to you as a priority. Do not switch off affected machines, as that can destroy evidence.
Can you build AI agents that use our internal systems?
Yes. We build agents that call your APIs, databases and SaaS tools through tightly scoped permissions, log every action and ask a person to approve anything sensitive. They run inside your own AWS or Azure account.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any technical discussion if you prefer. Security engagements always run under a signed agreement and rules of engagement.
Tell us what you are building, or what is keeping you up at night.
A 30-minute call with an engineer, not a sales script. You will leave with practical next steps even if we never work together.
